stem

bkanfer

where did you get that drop stem?

Drop stem

Yo dude, Performance bike (http://www.performancebike.com) They have there own line of merch. called Forte. It's a riser MTB stem... I just flipped it. They're aluminum, sturdy and cheap$. It's a pretty good deal, check it out.

grip tape

How'd you do the grip tape like that? It's sweet.

Diamond Bar wrap

http://www.bikecult.com/works/parts/HBfancybarwrap.html

yeah dude, it's done with two different colors of -cloth bar tape- (ie: red & black) and about two hours of trying figure out how the hell to do it. It's definately frustrating, but once you get it, it's quite satisfying. I remember finding a somewhat confusing tutorial online. I tried to find it for ya, but alas, could not. Good luck dude!
