Profile Airwing with white Cinelli cork on a cheap Bontrager Select stem. Crosstop/Shimano 105. PRO/Bianchi on the track.
IRO fork with a cheap FSA Orbit headset.
White Machined Deep V on a front Surly New Hub with DT spokes.
White Non-Machined Deep V on a rear Surly Track Hub with DT Spokes, on the track Eurus front from my road bike.
Sugino RD with matching BB.
Black Specialized Toupe on a Ritchy Comp seatpost.
Shimano M520 MTB pedals, Keo Sprints on the track. Black Izumi chain 1/8".
46t 1/8" Sugino Zen Messenger chainring, 17t 1/8" Phil cog, Soma lockring. 14t 1/8" DA on the track

My first fixed gear bike and my first build - going to be used for commuting and for fun, something I can tool around on, reserving my road bike for racing and training. It was a blast just to collect all the parts and build it up and it's even more fun to ride.
Converted to a track bike weekly, using 46x14, and replacing the cockpit with another stem and bars.
