Wüthrich used to be a professional rider later he had his own bicycle team for about 25 years and he still works in his bikeshop somwhere in Switzerland. I found this bike for almost nothing on a second-hand bike fair, in a light blue and pink 80’s-too-ugly-to-ride design! But the bike was fitted with a nearly complete Edco group. Edco was a legendary Swiss factory, in the 80’s they produced almost complete groups, although a lot of the parts are made in France and reminds me to Sachs and Mavic. However I let the frame be repainted, and rebuilt the bike with some new parts (head set, derailleur, bar, stem, break-levers, cables, housing etc.). Wüthrich himself told me that the frame was made by Daccordi for his team. Funny ride with this geometry but pretty fast!
