Got a good amount free actually, the frame was at my local bike shop (Bike Kitchen, it's on UBC's campus), free to whoever could remove the cranks. Did that, also unstuck a BB cup, then chased the threads to make way for the free Race Face BB. The one-piece cranks and ring were also free from a friend, in addition to the saddle. All in all it was fun tinkering with the bike, and I'm itchin' to upgrade the frame as soon as I get the cash.
