I've had this bike for 9 years and it STILL kicks ass. The only stock parts left though are the frame/fork/headset and brake calipers (I'm not a little guy so I like the stronger Ultegra over the lighter Dura Ace). The bike originally came with Rolf Vectro Pro wheels (NOT Vector Comps like most of the '01-02 5200's). Supposedly they had a weight rating of 165lbs max, but they served me well for over 6 years until the rear snapped.

Love this bike.

damn nice bike you have. I

damn nice bike you have. I want to build up a 5200 with similar grouping. You like the bike?

Thanks!

Yeah, I freakin' LOVE it.

Really I'd like to keep it for EVER, but I'm actually going to be selling it in a few weeks - I have a new cyclocross bike coming! I kinda need to save money so I figure I'll just put road tires on my cross bike when I want to do road rides. Then I can just have 1 bike for most everything. Plus, I downsized my apartment situation so I don't have alot of space now either.

If you're interested in buying it, drop me a line! (daniel dot czerwonka at gmail dot com) Would save me the trouble of putting it up on eBay.
