this frame was built in '93 or '94 for the mexican track team, but it was never payed for.
i picked it up from a guy in zürich. thanks to keith for the wheelset, dustin for the cranks,
some french track racer for the pedals and thomas for the frame. the bb is stamped 'ME03',
so i would assume it's number three in a series of ...don't know, but most likely very few.
