This frame's been through a lot. I had it powdercoated and swapped out the damaged original fork and crap headset for the current setup in late 2006. Then I found some purple Walmart bars in a dumpster and made this thing stupid-fly.

July 2008 update: a few months ago, my old seatpost got stuck. I ended up wrenching it out with a clamp and a metal bar. This temporary junk post clamps my Turbo too tight, so I'm riding my old Bianchi saddle until I can afford a decent post (never).

when did you live in sav? i've been here for almost 4 years, maybe we've met. i definitely recommend the bikeworks nyc fork—it's cheap, looks nice and is well-built.

till about 2006... i think... yeah thats right. i used to skateboard all over town. it was good times. i noticed a lot of fixed gears when i was there about two months ago. so next time i visit we should ride to tybee or somethen.

Haha, thanks. I'm working on an alternative to the purple, I might just buff them down to the bare metal with a bench grinder sometime soon. Free is good. I'm also looking at some white risers. We'll see...

i lived in savannah in 2006 for school and work.
i moved to statesboro this year to go to school.
we have never met but i have seen you riding your bike from time to time when i visit. kind of creepy huh. i love plain colors on bikes like black, white, grey, or nuetrals; so i always point out the pigeon to my freinds when we're in savannah.
