RECO frame

Hi.
I was pleased surprised when the name of my brother NICO pop op on the inter net and of course the picture of the RECO pista special
build in 1982 by my self for Aart van de Kruisweg.
NICO was the cyclist and he inspired me to start building special racing frames from 1974 up to 1992
It is nice to see this track bike in his full glory it really looks very well.
This bike is very special the degree's of the lugs and the bracket
are not standard.
Regards,
Ben.

Sorry man, I just know the

Sorry man, I just know the family name. In Apeldoorn, old racers just mention Nico when we're talking about RECO.
Thanks for the correction. Justice must be done.
Harrie.

Cool

This is so cool to see that there are still RECO bikes on the road!
I still have my own RECO bike build by my father Ben Regter.

RECO_frame

Hi everyone,
I am in the beginning of a race bike frame restoration, and right now I try to collect everything which can help me to get the original look..and i hope to believe it is one of the RECO frames, because there is signature on the (cinelli) bracket : B. J. Regter Nr.154 .
It is a wondrous lightweight frame (probably columbus tube) with special lugs. /Unfortunately i can't post any pictures here about the frame../ It is really hard to find details about the bike so if anyone has any information about, please let me know. Thank you so much.
Zoltan
