Now with a new owner.
Teflon-lined brake cable housing, RD housing bare stainless (SunTour)
Minoura handlebar bottle cage bracket with TA water bottle cage
Velox cotton bar tape
Stainless brake and brake straddle wire cables
Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante champagne cork bar end caps
The Huret Jubilee RD requires a LOT of cable pull, but shifts as flawless as Dura-Ace 7400 when paired with the Shimano UG cluster and Sedis chain. I don't know if a different chain would affect the performance or not, but I'd consider this the absolutely ideal setup for anyone dissatisfied with the performance of their Jubilee.
The Mafac brakes seem surprisingly responsive with the stainless cables, as opposed to the originals.
