My messenger bike with a new look and new cranks and new pedals etc.
The metal plate on the back of the bike is an old insurance number from 1975 for bicycles. You need to have this in Switzerland still now (but today there are stickers instead of these metal plates, BS is for Basel). I mounted it on the bike because it’s from the year and the place of my birth. Besides these plates are reflecting, which gives a nice side effect of being better seen on the road!
