Early Montegue BiFrame folding MTB, before the Paratrooper. This one was produced for BMW and originally sold in Germany.

Just picked it up from a friend after my 00 full-suspension got stolen in Seoul. He was going to toss it out, so I got it for free. It's going to be my new urban-attack beater bike.

Any ideas for a rebuild?

Single Speed crossed my mind already...the dropouts are perfect for SS. Actually, this is my only bike with gears, check out my 98 Cannondale

Rebuild Idea

Single speed! Great for urban commutes and would make it lighter if you ever do have to fold and carry. Nice bike.
