1980's Takara Fixed Gear Conversion

Takara 10 Speed to Fixie (Fixed Gear) Conversion.
40 tooth crank / 15 tooth surly cog (with lockring)
Single Speed Chain & Rack
27 inch wheels, Specialized tires (Tri-Sport) 27x1 1/4 (new tubes)
Note: 63 cm Frame
Everything else original. (Dia-Compe stem, 27" Araya aluminum rims with "Sunshine" (Sanshin) hubs & Sella Italia Anatomic seat)
Takara - what I can discern is that these were actually made my Kuwahara from mid '70's until mid/late '80's.
Normal wear & scratches but in amazing condition for its age.
