UPDATE: no more brakes
This is my first track bike. I built it up myself at the UBC Bike Kitchen. It rides like an absolute dream: silent, smooth, stable, and quite light. It's for city commuting and takes me up big hills no problem. I ran out of money near the end since I splurged on a few top of the line components (Phils, Brooks, etc) so I had to skimp on a few things: pedals and headset. Future upgrades will include some high end track pedals and possibly a Chris King headset. Also, some custom honey brown double toe straps are on the drawing boards.
