Custom fabricated lowrider bicycle (9 feet from end to end) commissioned by the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Now residing in entrance hall of Rainbow Children Foundation at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.

Both Wheels took about 4 hours each ... very painful ... but good practice. Any wheel I've built since then is a walk in the park

Detailed, low, looks comfortable to ride.

One of the more interesting renditions of a low riding bike I have seen in a while. Sleek apearence detailed features tastefuly done. Did you build this your self not familiar with the logos. Whare can I find a seat like that?

Bike has been built from

Bike has been built from scratch. Very few parts have been untouched ... namely the bottom bracket, wheel bearings, pedals and fork ends. Everything else was modified and/or built from scratch, including the seat. Headtube logo is the liveSTRONG logo. Same logo was also stamped into the leather before staining and stitching onto the cantilevered seat.

Tire Tread mounting...

Although the bike is perfectly rideable ... quite comfortable if I may add. It was was built as a "functional art object". We knew it would mostly be on display and sometimes used for photo shoots. The decision on how to mount the tires was based solely on looks.
