Built this for my sister to ride in Austin, TX around UT because her walmart MTB is falling apart.
It's a pretty weird mix of parts because our dad wouldn't fund it and told my sister she had to keep riding the walmart bike, so we gradually collected parts using little bits of money our mom slipped us every so often.
Most of the parts came from forum friends on tarck. Only the saddle, brakes and bar tape came from eBay.
Oh and before you berate me for building up a Colnago like this: I got it as a bare frame and fork. The previous owner had it stripped and got it chromed after a repair was done to patch a hole in the DT. The chrome job is sub-par. I think it also has some light rust issues and there are several small dents, but was ultra cheap and feels solid.
