Bertrand bikes are now built by Marinoni north of Montreal, but this is one of the original frames built by Gilles Bertrand in Hull, Quebec. I purchased the frame and fork, and built it up as you a fixed gear for the time being. This may one day end up being rebuilt with gears.

nice conversion -

remove the rear reflector thing and put fenders/mudguards on (IMO);)

Thanks

The rear reflector is a joke from my sister-in-law - Snoopy on a road bike with the caption "pedal power". I've been looking at fenders, but I have yet to see the right ones!
Thanks for the comments
