The frame is a dumpster special, built up with scavenged parts and my old pedals/wheelset that were in the closet. It works well for the commute. I know the flite doesn't look right, but I haven't found an appropriate saddle yet. Update: I've added panniers and built up a new rear wheel with an old S/A three-speed hub, so this bike has become the dedicated snow commuter.
