This is my first complete mod on a bike. From the origninal bike only the frame is left. It took me about 6 months to collect all parts. It is more fun to ride the bike than I have ever expected. Very stiff, responsive, direct, light (6.5kg) and fast. Due the gearing not exactly a rocket at the traffic light but once I got it going.
