This was my first fixed-gear conversion. I got the frame for 25 frogskins, and thought I'd do a cheap build (nah, that didn't work). There is a real glass human prosthetic eye on the head tube now, and "mighty arms" where my downtube shifters were. I ride this bike back and forth to work 22 miles round-trip with a pannier rack and suit bag on it. Everything is stealthy black for extra ninja road assassin goodness.
