handmade - bare steel

I found this frame in the trash somewhere in Cambridge back in 1996. I'd like to build it out all in steel; wheels, cranks, handlebars, stem, everything - I'd like to clearcoat the frame somehow, as well.

Just spray some polyurethane

Just spray some polyurethane on it. Works pretty well from what I understand.

Tried that - maybe didn't clean frame well enough - chipped off - going to have it clear powder-coated this fall.
