I'm not sure what size the frame is. When I stand over it, it just about touches the crotch, and I wear a 30-32 inch inseam depending on the pants, so maybe that could help tell what size it is?

Frame Size

Schwinn measured frame size from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube (where the seatpost slides into the seat tube).
