Identification

I guess it is a Peugeot PR10 from 1975
Take a look at:

Unfortunately there are a lot of non-original parts: wheels, derailleur, brake levers?, cranks etc.

Nevertheless it is a nice bike.

it's 75 or 76 indeed thx
i bought it with mavic wheels and tubes...
i had them removed and didn't take them with me (dumass)
bought the bike for 50 euro's so it was just i step up bike
i didn't realize wat it really was
i now have a "fondriest meobox" (sat limited edition finish)
which i love
and was thinking of selling the peugoet for a 100 euro's
that won't happen now i'm guesing ...
lol

nice bike, as far as identifying it, the only information I know about is the saddle, and even then I don't know much. Record was the name of the saddle company that was eventually purchased by Brooks, so that makes it fairly old I guess. I'm having trouble finding what year their name switched, but If I do, i'll let you know.

Except that Record isn't the brand

It's an Ideale 80 (Ideale is the Brooks of France). I don't know Ideale's product line well enough to know what the "Record" part means.

The Reynolds 531 decal is in French, natch, as is typical of better French frames with Reynolds tubing. The big question is whether it's Reynolds (up to early '70s) or Ti/Reynolds (afterwards - around 1973?)

It's pretty hard to ID anything, since we have a lot of fuzzy closeups. Do you have any means of taking photos other than a cellphone?
