For 2008 the Synapse is equipped with a 2 cm removable head tube riser. This allows the rider to maintain o more upright, comfortable position. Remove it and flip the steam and you've got yourself a lightweight race Bike. The chain stay of the Synapse have an integrated micro suspension system to reduce road vibration.
