I am original owner. Made minor changes to make it better on pavement. The frame construction is beautiful, as many cyclists believe bike frames are, a piece of art. It is a 20" frame which I only changed the hubs ( campagnolo tall flange ), rims, tires, freewheel; the wheels were built as an extra pair for swapping. All the other components except the seat are stock. The bike is very responsive and comfortable on the street and paved trails.

A really nice bike, very

A really nice bike, very lovely frame! And it seems like you're taking good care of it. I don't like the stem with those two bars too much though.

Amazing condition!

Hello,

Thanks for befriending my (beat up) Ritchey... yours is a beauty! I can't believe that you've managed to keep it in such fabulous condition. To say I'm envious is an understatement. I'm trying to find out if anyone is selling decal sets, I'd like to refinish mine, but not if there are no replacement decals.

On a different note, could you look to see what size diameter the seat post is? Obviously, from my pictures, I'm missing the seatpost, as I only have an American Standard micrometer, not a metric one, I don't want to guess the size. I'd sure appreciate the help. Do you remember what you paid back in mid-85? This has been an exceptional past week, first I find my Durango built Barracuda A2L and two days later I find the Ritchey... I wish every week I came across vintage steel bikes for dirt cheap prices!

Thanks again, you sure have a sweet ride!

nice!

I really like the tires, looks like a nice relaxed geometry.
