The frame is fully chromed under the blue finish. The frame and many of the parts are NOS and has not been ridden since being assembled.

Is that an original pantograph on the chain ring and fork crown?

I don't quite understand the question. The fork is the original one made for this frame and it is indeed engraved with the A for Agordina. The two Agordina bikes that I have posted (this blue one and the copper colored one) were both found as framesets only and were then built up. The pantographing of the stems, shift levers and chainrings was done custom for these two bikes.
