I'm the third owner of this frame. A nitto rack was traded for it, thats how I acquired it. The first owner had an accident and crashed it, so the frame was without fork and the downtube was crushed. I had Brian at Circle A Cycles strip the paint off, install a new downtube, remove and add some braze ons, repaint, and find original decals/headbadge for the thing. He also built a new fork for it.
