These were prototypes and I bought sheet of plastic. Cut to size and sliced to match contour of rim.I adhered velcro to inside and wrapped around spokes in star pattern.going to make the real thing soon. It is a bit more involved but still pretty easy to make and functional. Cheap in comparison to other discs.

I never have but I noticed it is becoming quite popular.these are prototypes and I just wanted an alternative to a 0 zipp.they are pretty functional cutting down drag and adding 3 mph.I am going to make more and post soon. Thanks for commenting. Looked at your page and liked it.
