Previous owner messed with the rear ended up replacing the original parts with an improperly spaced hub with a horrible rim that made the bike wobble- not good. Found the a correct 126mm rear hub, stock rim, and set about replacing the hack job. Now it rides almost like new although the lettering has flaked off a bit, but overall in excellent condition. Cleaned up all the rust and grim along with some additions including a converted LED bullet light, sew on leather grips, gum hoods, brooks seat (finally broken in and comfortable as a pillow), acorn tool bag, and some white 700c 28mm Vittorias on this bad boy to replace the black 23mm Vittorias.
