Yeahh I'm pretty new to fixed, so I don't know what a good angle is...I seem to be leaned over a lot, what should I adjust/swap out to diagnose that?

The bars and stem should be however you feel comfortable. Aesthetically, people will look at you weird if they're pointed upwards at all. Your seat should always be flat though. Even if it seems uncomfortable, you'll get used to it, and it'll keep the strain off of your arms/wrists

Neither, as mentioned in my comments, I love the color scheme blue/yellow, so naturally I would pick shoes with that color scheme as well as on my bike.
