the bottle holders are droped (they came with the frame)and as far as the brake thing goes i dont think so.

How much do you know about Bianchi? I picked one up recently and it has the same graphics as yours. Mine is blue, with blue and gold graphics. It says Sport SS on the top tube. Any ideas?
