This will likely be my next fixed gear bike. I've had this bike in one form or another since the early 90's. (note the brake bosses for a U-brake on the chain stays) It's not a fancy frame, but it has held up to years of abuse and it just feels good to me with it's longer wheel base & rock solid geometry.
