Holdsworth? No idea... looks like a road frame converted to have track drops.

Handlebars and Stem:
Bianchi semi-risers, Nitto technomatic

Fork and Headset:
Holdsworth? Unknown headset.

Front wheel:
Mavic OpenPro laced 32 to Suzue Pro-Max Hubs

Rear wheel:
Mavic OpenPro laced 32 to Suzue Pro-Max Hubs

Crankset and Bottom bracket:
Sugino RD Cranks, Sugino BB

Saddle and Seat Post:
Felt Carbon, Misc GT Seatpost

Pedals and Chain:
Elite Welgo platforms, Wipperman chain.

Cog/Gearing et cetera:
48 Sugino x 18 EAI

Notes:

Fun bike. Used for ridding to the bar and home. Built up with stuff that was unused in the garage.

Looks like a track frame to me...

The clearance between the wheels and tubes (rear wheel and seat tube) and front wheel and down tube) are pretty tight. Usually with road bike conversions, they aren't that tight. Thus this wheelbase must not be too long either. I've seen other Holdsworth track frames and this is the same color and general shape as the other track frames.
