Giant Cadex CFR2

The Cadex frame uses carbon fiber tubes and aluminum lugs. I got the bike from Belgium, according to the seller it had belonged to Paul Herijgers at a point in time. I took it back with me to the Netherlands, where it had originally been bought so the dealer sticker on the frame told me. I swapped the wheels for some more modern ones, mounted an aero carbon fork normally found on Giant TCRs and ahead stem and headset and most recently I changed the ugly Viper seat for a San Marco Ponza. Also had to change the chainring bolts, so I mounted some pimpin' anodized yellow ones to go with the golden yellow on the frame. According to the catalogue, an original CFR2 weighs in at 9.3 kilos (20.5 lbs). Mine should be a bit lighter due to the fork and maybe the wheels.
