Have no idea what the frame is I was wondering if someone could help me out by looking at the lugs/dropouts. In the third photo the frame has "72" engraved in the center of the lug though it is really hard to see in the picture. I figured that it was the year that it was produced. Thanks!

What components came with it? What's the serial on the bottom bracket?

85346 is the serial number.

85346 is the serial number. It is slightly unique in that it is one of the shortest serial numbers i have stumbled upon.

oh also I believe the cranks

oh also I believe the cranks might be original (shimano 600) but I really can't say. I bought this off CL from someone who knew very little about it :/
