Headset question

Could you tell me if I have my vig. headset is set up properly. Do the bearing and silver washer go on first and then the rest of the parts after the fork goes on?

I'm not sure.

loose the 500lb areospoke and deep v. Both are played out heavy crap. You can find a more durable, lighter rear wheel to mach the HED you have up front.
