Unknown maker. Likely built in 70' of Reynolds 531. Campy dropouts, cutout lugs, European-style fork crown.
*
Fits better than O.J's glove.
*
*Owned and raced by one Jack Simes. "Simes raced this [frame] in Europe in the early 70s and was banned from racing there after getting in a fight with another rider. It was resprayed in the late '70s by Chestnut Hill Cyclery, which is the name on the head tube and seat tube badge." Thats about all I know.
*
*There's a shot of the bb shell in case anyone has any clues re maker.
