This is an Innovative Cycle Engineering (I.C.E.) Hammer track bike. The frame is a monocoque carbon fiber construction with massive bonded aluminum dropouts. The paint job is definitely eye-catching; it's an iridescent-pink metallic that gets attention wherever I go. I tried to capture the color change in the photos. I.C.E. manufactured carbon road frames in the late 90's, but disappeared a few years ago. Apparently, this was a prototype track frame and made its way around the trade show circuit (hence the custom paint job). I don't believe that the I.C.E. Track frames ever made it into production, so this may be the only one in existence.
