This is a 1985 Corsa Extra that has never been built up. Was going to go fixed, but I'm collecting parts to build it up proper Campy style.

Nice frame. That looks very similar to my Merckx road, with the older font and a bit less chrome. You don't happen to know the year on it do you?

I've seen some great ss/fixed conversions on old road frames here, Colnagos, Pinarellos etc and they look great. Just build her, ride her, love her !!

As long as you don't remove any braze-on's, I don't think there's any problem with using it as a fixed-gear. Though I'd feel very awkward riding a Merckx frame fixed without being an accomplished road rider...
