Love the bike. I have one, too. Did you swap out to 8 speed from 7? If so, how? I thought all 754's were spaced at 126mm out back. Also, have you ever had to replace the seatpost?

thanks, mine came with the 8 speed groupo, but when i rode it the first time it's kinda rough on the rear derailer so i guess it was originally 7 speed and the guy swapped them all. well, after a little adjustment it was fine again.
for seat post it came almost new, but it does NOT look really good for any hard riding so i ride the bike once in a while only.
