My girlfriend enlisted a friend to build a bike for me as a gift. The bike started as a late eighties Schwinn World Sport. My friend (thanks Jason!) stripped the bike, filed off the line clips, and worked some bondo magic. He painted the cranks, and picked out a custom vintage Italian downstem (unknown brand).
I just put on a a white deadstock Selle Italia Turbo saddle, but sadly it's not shown in the pictures (my camera was stolen).
I'm trying to hunt down a white Aerospoke for the front wheel, I think it'd look fancy :)
Rides like a dream!
Oh, and the puppy is our new English Bulldog, Bella.
