Cardiff???italian track frame, columbus "tubi pista speciale" tubes, 58.5cmST 57cmTT mid-late 70's perhaps?
cinelli double crest pista bars 42cm, 11cm old-logo cinelli pista drop quill
OEM fork died long ago, the 1 pic'd is custom, but sadly the wrong rake...HS is either campy super record or c-record i dunno...
pic'd, suzue promax 3X'd to open pro with dt revs, but i ride it with a trispoke to piss off retro grouches
pic'd, ditto hub/rim/spoke, mostly ride a phil lo 2fix 2X'd with sapim lazers to an IRDcadence aero from my bLEADER

This belonged to Damien aka corndog. was his old workbike in SF. he kicked it to me with a cracked BB shell. I be handy with the tools and I replaced it. Now my main bike. Rides like only steel can. This bike is an exercise in what you can do with a tight budget, really cool friends, some skills with the torch and lots of patience. I'll get pics up of how it looks as of now soon. Looks much better once I paint-matched the fork and swapped on a black saddle.
