MKS touring with Soma clips & straps, SRAM chain

Notes:

My first road conversion. Picked up the bike pretty cheap, stripped it, built it back up as a single speed. Once my other bike (1972 Gitane Tour de France) is done, I'll prob build this back up geared. Update: now built up as geared.

i've also got the exact same frame too. albeit, mine needs a ton of work done.

would anyone happen to know what bottom bracket i'd need if i was getting sugino messenger cranks?

i think your frame might be from the late 80s or maybe early 90s. i have the same decals on mine, but couldnt find an exact year. i found similar bikes that claim they are from 88 or 89. hope i helped and we have twin bikes! especially since mine is now fixed. cheers!
