what was the point of wasting 0 on the hour if you've practically swapped out every part and now you're going to swap out the frame...

I didn't waste "0" on the hour, whatever that means. I spent 300 on it. That's all I had and I needed a complete bike asap. I wanted to upgrade parts as I got the money. Now I have some decent parts, and I actually like the frame, so I'll stay with it for a while. Thanks for the criticism.
