Old hack, blasted and resprayed, reused most parts, had to cut the original 105 cranks off though (badly seized).
Technotrat was an Italian builder that made piles of good and bad frames (mine's somewhere in the middle I reckon) branded as Sarroni, Ferrari, Europa and others in Australia and later manufactured for De Bernardi.
