Selle San Marco SKN + the cheapest seatpost that fit (actually it didn't - I had to cut it)

My first fixie and also the first bike I assembled myself (of course with a little help from my mates). It took some time but it's finally ready. I'm going to add a few accesories like fenders and framepad. As You can see it's generally a low-budget machine - if I get crazier about fixies then maybe I'll think about something better.
And just in case You ask: JP is a trademark connected to Krakow's hip-hop group Firma. It stands for "F**k the police". Not too profound but how genuine.
