Mostly New Ultegra. This bike is a joy to ride. Purists might be upset with the new gear on it, but I purchased it used with a beat up, low level Shimano Group and wanted new components that are going to be reliable and last a long time. I wish I could have used the Ritchey Force stem that the bike came with, but I didn't like the Nitto Modified 165 bars on it and there are so few bar choices out there for that diameter stem. This one's a keeper!
