I purchased this frame and built it when I was a senior in high school. At the time, it was the best bike I had ever seen, let alone ridden. Over the next several years I rode over 20,000 miles on this bike. Even though I had other bikes thru the years, this one was the one I rode the most. At one point I had upgraded it to STI but have recently converted it back to the original setup. This bike is such a joy to ride - classic Itallian feel and very nostalgic for me. How 'bout that neon paint!
Pic shows a beater set of Matrix rims because I borrowed the wheels to ride another bike. Brakes are missing in the pics - I had just purchased a set of single pivot 600 brakes off Ebay to get this back to original (in the mid 90's I sold the single pivots to upgrade to dual pivots)
