I've got to do some derailer adjustments, true the wheels, and readjust the headset, but I can ride without doing all of that. Its hella weird though, the chainline may be way off, because I'm getting chainrub in the small front-large rear combo. Strange.

well if that gear

well if that gear arrangement is correct, sounds like you're cross chaining in which case it would do that anyways, regardless of derailleur adjustment. unless you mean large as in the most teeth on the rear? if not then thats weird. probably just need to adjust the front derailleur and maybe check out the seating of the crank to bb. i think campy is usually 111mm.
