I am thinking about buying this bike, do you think it worth it? I mean what would be the first think you would change about it? to fix it up? Plus do you think its a goo frame?

My friend just got this bike today and from what I can tell it looks to be a pretty sweet ride. The headset has a bit of excess play in it, this may have just been the person assembling it did something wrong. I took it apart and looked at it quickly and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, I tried tightening it and couldn't get it tight. It wasn't a matter of tightening it so much as the upper cup seemed to move around. This is not to say this occurs in other bikes of the same model, but I figured I'd comment on it in case some one has noticed similar things. The frame has sort of small welds on it, but I'm used to looking at Cannondale or Klein size welds on my bikes, for a first fixie it looks like a good deal.
