some new (cheap) Kenda cyclocross tires for more rugged look and grip on variable surfaces on my commute
this saddle is from my other Peugeot PF60, suede, hard as a rock
trying my hand at toe clips, my big dutch feet don't always go in so smoothly...
42t/16t as soon as I can take off the rear freewheel (need tool or visit LBS)

converting to single speed, need to swap out casette w/ 16t freewheel, and maybe remove rear brake.
Also need to get some shorter chainring screw fittings so I can go with only one ring (42t).
